The Opportunity:

As part of the FP&A team reporting to the Director for EMEA & APAC, this role involves assisting the European business in understanding its demand profile. Additionally, it includes providing consolidated revenue reports and metrics to the sales teams, as well as offering insights into volumes for the operational teams. The role also requires linking these insights back to the overall financial position of the business. Effective cross-functional collaboration will be essential for success.

How you will impact WestRock:

  1. Own the Integrated Business Plan (IBP) Demand monthly cycle including the Demand Outcome Calls with SVP EMEA and APAC
  2. Own the Bias report (reconciliation between forecast by End Market and actuals)
  3. Own the Sales Force pipeline reconciliation – reconcile pipeline activities to actuals / forecasts
  4. Work closely with the Senior Director of Pricing & Estimating to ensure price is accurately reflected in the financial forecasts
  5. Management responsibility for 2 members of the team
  6. Own the Five Year Plan Demand Process
  7. Prepare the End Market reporting for forecasts and month end actuals
  8. Work closely with central Finance team to ensure all outputs are aligned with each other

What you need to succeed:

  • Experience within multi-site, multi-region business and ideally within in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong business partnerships skills
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerBI and like-minded tools
