1. Prepares a market 24-month Sales and Operations Plan for SKU/Item Level
2. Participates in Weekly meetings with HAVI Market Forecast teams to align Market Supply Plan
3. Explains model outputs to Market Forecast Team and participates in Scenario and risk discussions
4. Manages forecast interpretability tool – collecting user feedback and communicate technical requirements to the development team
5. Executes Quality Control of the generated forecast. Initiates checks on suspicious forecast results and significant changes of the forecast compared to the one sent in the previous period
6. Collects and integrates relevant explanatory data for the forecast: marketing activities, digital campaigns, not covered by the central S&OP tool
7. Identifies sales data anomalies and creates requirements to assign variables for them in ML models
8. Contributes to the training of newly onboarded Market teams and new project members in Market Supply Plan and S&OP
9. Collects requirements for data and business process changes and communicates them with Analytics&Insights team

Proven experience (3 years) in S&OP, Demand Planning, Supply Chain management, Consultancy or related roles, preferably in hospitality, restaurant industry, analytics, retail industry, consumer packaged goods

Excellent communication and consultancy skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Analytic skills to understand and interpret outputs and effectively communicate with end users

Comfortable using planning and BI software tools and systems (Tableau, PowerBI)

Knowledge of programming languages (R or Python)

Basic Machine Learning is nice to have

Excellent MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) skills

Outstanding organizational and leadership skills

Proved problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
