Twoje obowiązki:

  • Udział w spotkaniach i prezentacjach dla Klientów;
  • Przygotowanie wsadu merytorycznego na etapie ofertowania i tworzenia aplikacji przy wsparciu zespołu technicznego;
  • Udział w szkoleniach z obszaru Presales wymaganych do utrzymania kontaktu z klientem;
  • Wymiana wiedzy z zespołem usługowym oraz handlowym na temat nowości w rozwiązaniach będących obszarem specjalizacji;
  • Analiza dokumentacji przetargowej i treści zapytań ofertowych w zakresie możliwości dostarczenia usługi;
  • Współpraca z zespołem handlowym w celu weryfikacji zapotrzebowania klienta na nowe aplikacje z naszego portfolio.

Nasze wymagania:

  • 3-5 lat doświadczenia w zespole wsparcia sprzedaży lub wdrożeniowym;;
  • Doświadczenie we współpracy z klientami B2B;
  • Bardzo dobrej znajomości technologii: JavaScript, .NET, HTML, CSS, Angular - potwierdzonych wiedzą lub doświadczeniem z projektów;
  • Łatwość nawiązywania relacji, komunikatywność i otwartość;
  • Doświadczenie w prowadzeniu szkoleń i webinarów;
  • Znajomość języka angielskiego, minimum B2.
