Job Description
  • Coach and support team in their everyday improvement
  • Ownership in the employee's individual career plan within the respective department while providing them with regular feedback on their progress
  • Monitor team productivity and quality
  • Prepare and submit performance reports
  • Organize and conduct training session to improve and support team quality
  • Organize workload, in order to quickly identify, address, resolve and avoid productivity bottlenecks
  • Maintain a productive and collaborative communication with all involved departments
  • Maintain agreed internal service levels
  • Identify and report product and service enhancements
  • Deal with team on all aspects of daily operations
  • Track changes on issues
  • Travel to another Shiji office occasionally (quarterly)
Qualifications
  • Excellent listening and organizational skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Ability to motivate
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to quickly identify issues and corresponding solutions
  • Constant will to learn and improve
  • Ability to set and reach goals
  • Mostly afternoon shifts (15:00 - 23:00), occasional day shifts
