Junior Process Coordinator (fully remote work possible)

Your Role and Main Tasks

The Goal of the Position: This role differs from marketing; it focuses on organizing and coordinating processes for our private shopping campaigns. Daily Tasks of the Position:
  • Organization and timely coordination of campaigns
  • Liaising with national and international manufacturers and brand partners
  • Collaborating closely with various departments like purchasing, logistics, service, and content management
  • Managing prices, quantities, sample shipments, and negotiations with suppliers
  • Ensuring and taking ownership of the quality of sales campaigns
  • Following up on completed campaigns

You Will Need

Ideal candidates desire a stable, long-term position involving structured tasks with predictable outcomes. Professional Requirements for the Candidate:
  • 1-3 years of work experience preferred
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Advanced English language proficiency
