Inviting applications for the role of Collection Cash Flow Improvement Project – Senior Process Associate - French - Remote Poland
Role Temporary until the end of 2024
In this role, you should be able to use the French language skills and contact customers via email & phone for assigned portfolio in order to recover their overdue invoices, perform account reconciliation, help raising disputes

Responsibilities

• Perform collections activities on assigned portfolio by contacting customers (via email, phone, letters) regarding their overdue invoices

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls from internal and external customers/stakeholders

• Perform account reconciliation

• Raise disputes following internal process & procedure

• Clarify unallocated payments & process clearings

• Receive and resolve discrepancies (bank, business, customer contact)

• Provide support to internal Stakeholders (credit, unapplied, sales, customer service)

• Review order on hold for the customer on allocated portfolio
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications / Skills

• French C1 (Advanced) is a must

• Good Communication (Verbal and Written)

• Problem-Solving

• Time Management

• Resilience & Adaptability

• MS Office

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

• SAP S4/Hana

• Cora AR

• Power BI
