Clinical Project Associate - office base

What will you be doing?

  • Recognize, exemplify, and adhere to ICON's values including accountability, integrity, and excellence in delivery.
  • Support project teams with organizing and maintaining clinical study documentation.
  • Assist in processing Data Collection Forms and ensuring quality control.
  • Participate in quality control audits to keep study files inspection-ready.
  • Help track trial progress and update systems accordingly.
  • Review and analyze study reports, ensuring accuracy.
  • Assist in coordinating site-related payments and safety reports.
  • Support Project team meetings and preparation activities.
  • Produce materials for presentations and assist with tracking reports.
  • Be familiar with indexing documents and performing technical QC.
  • Be knowledgeable about applicable TMF Master Lists.

What you need to have?

  • Experience with computerized information systems and standard application software.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools like Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience with Excel trackers and building PowerPoint slides preferred.
  • Experience in scheduling MS TEAMS and WebEx meetings preferred.
  • Strong communication skills in Polish and English.
