The position of Associate, Global Customer Care, International Case Management involves managing customer cases from various regions as designated by local teams on the Salesforce cloud platform. This includes receiving, processing, and efficiently resolving customer inquiries in a timely and customer-centric manner, as well as collaborating with all stakeholders to ensure optimal resolution times and quality.

What will your responsibilities include?

  • Execution - Handling customer cases assigned by the local team through the Salesforce service cloud
  • Quality - Proactively contributing to enhancing accuracy and timeliness in case resolution
  • Participating actively in process optimization through automation, project enhancements, or system changes
  • Engaging in ongoing communication with team members to manage workloads, processes, and resolve issues effectively
  • Developing and updating standard operating procedures in response to changes and audit requirements

What are the key requirements for success?

  • Master's or bachelor's degree
  • Experience in Order Management, Customer Service, CRM, or SAP
  • Proficiency in Excel, ERP, and Powerpoint
  • Strong communication, project management, and presentation skills
  • Fluency in English and German (B2 level minimum)
