Associate Consultant – Business Analytics & Projects

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic IT Support Associate Consultant who will be assisting in the development and testing of our core business application. On a day-to-day basis, you will be involved in the setup and testing of new products or system enhancements available through our web portal. You will also be expected to turn your hand to a few other administrative tasks, depending on what is needed and who requires help.

As the tasks relate to the business placed through Angel Risk Management Underwriting Platform, you will be trained to fully understand the unique aspects of the company and products available.

What will your essential responsibilities include?

· Project Reporting/Status updates related to UAT.

· Asana management – reviewing progress on existing tickets.

· Designing customized features based on existing products within the system.

· Implement test plans and co-ordinate testing of new products on the Angel platform.

· Testing new functionality / bug fixes within quoting applications.

· Ad hoc technical support related functioning of internal tools – Quick Quote / Blazor (queries raised by the Underwriting Team).

· Develop and maintain already built strong relationships with key stakeholders and business across functions and at all levels.

You will report to local Assistant Manager.

Required Skills and Abilities:

· Proficiency in English (both spoken and written).

· Experience in UAT.

· Basic understanding of database queries/SQL.

· Familiarity with Agile / Waterfall methodology and software development lifecycle management.

· Logical & analytical thinking skills.

· Quick learner capable of self-learning and ability to work independently.
