The Role:

We're looking for a passionate Senior Associate or Manager, Community Management, to join us in Wroclaw. As a member of our team, you'll be responsible for supporting the founding, creation, interaction and dynamics of our market-facing communities, which will include The Sense Collective and Global Counsel Leaders. You will be someone who can learn and author new best practices, perform well under deadlines, reflect attention to detail and manage a significant workload of varied activities. In addition, you will communicate with senior stakeholders among clients with polish and preparedness, keeping them highly engaged.

As a member of Factor's Community Management team, you will be responsible for program management, execution, member management and initiatives related to the community.

Responsibilities:

  • help manage the build-out of the community program, with a focus on GenAI co-development and vendor intelligence;
  • assist in substantive and operational capacities to deliver executive workshops, utilizing a variety of design thinking tools and methodologies;
  • serve as member-facing concierge and account management activities;
  • liaise on behalf of the head of the community with top-ranking legal personas, including chief legal officers and general counsel;
  • share ownership of high-level program management across all workstreams of the community;
  • be one of the primary users and admins of the online community software to be implemented; and
  • serve as a knowledge manager for research artifacts, design documentation, client deliverables and thought leadership.

In addition to the above, here are the required skills, knowledge, capabilities, and education for this role:
  • 4+ years of experience producing client-ready work product with little to no supervision
  • 2+ years of project and program management, especially within Legal
  • Experience directly staffing and interacting with senior executives and legal management, especially in a consulting capacity around technology, is highly recommended
  • Experience creating content tailored to resonate with multiple buyers and stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity and facility with technology applied to legal work, especially in AI, is desired

This role will require some travel and flexibility in working hours.
