Customer Service Representative with German

Recruitment for Our Client looking for candidates for a role of Customer Service Coordinator with fluent German.


Your responsibilities:

  • Delivering a superior customer experience
  • Telephone and email support for business customers
  • Entering orders into the SAP system
  • Collaborating with other company departments including Sales and Distribution Center
  • Resolving reported issues quickly and efficiently using Salesforce

Employer requirements:

  • Very good level of English and Polish B2
  • Fluent German (C1 or native)
  • Experience of working in a client servicing team
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills - good knowledge of the MS Office package
  • Experience in the area of customer service, order management, or finance
