Job Description

The Tech Support Engineer provides customer support by troubleshooting and solving Product customer issues via the phone, chat, and email in English and Spanish.

Evaluate and approve operational quality of system equipment by asking related questions

Serves as company liaison to the customer for multiple topics focused on PLCs, Switches, Industrial Communications, and HMIs.

Responsibilities:

Resolve customer issues via phone, chat, or email. Manage projects for customer satisfaction. Lead and support team members. Communicate effectively with customers and management. Maintain adherence to company policies.

Requirements:

2+ years in automation. English and Spanish proficiency. Strong communication skills. Knowledge of industrial automation, especially Motion and Drives. Ability to troubleshoot effectively. Independent work capability. Technical degree.
