Actuarial Manager Warsaw, Masovian Voivodeship technologies-expected :
  • SQL
  • Radar
responsibilities :
  • Managing a team of 6 pricing professionals
  • Knowledge sharing and taking care of development of less experienced colleagues
  • Stakeholder management and managing communication with the UK Personal Lines Underwriting team
  • Creation of analyses and recommendations for changes in pricing models (motor and home insurance)
  • Implementation of changes to pricing models
  • Automation and optimization of existing processes related to reporting and creation of pricing models
  • Participating in projects led by Aviva as business needs arise
requirements-expected :
  • Good analytical skills
  • Experience in team management
  • 5+ years' experience in non-life insurance
  • Knowledge of Radar
  • Knowledge of Excel
  • Knowledge of SQL and basic programming skills
  • Knowledge of spoken and written English to present complex technical issues in the workplace
  • Interpersonal skills (working in a team, taking part in discussions, accepting feedback)
