About Us

ERGO Technology & Services S.A. (ET&S S.A.) was established in January 2021 following the integration of ERGO Digital IT and Atena into one entity, leveraging both companies’ strengths and best practices. In October 2022, ET&S S.A. expanded its scope of operations by creating a Business Services unit to contribute in a new way to the growth of ERGO’s business. Acting as a co-partner and internal consultant, it adds non-IT value and supports the development of the entire ERGO Group, currently offering skills in reporting, analysis, actuarial, and input management. We are committed to fostering innovation and meeting the evolving needs of our clients worldwide.

How you will get the job done
  • coordinating, controlling and processing tasks, such as initiating, tracking and escalating activities or preparing management-oriented reports
  • carrying out additional checks in the departments to monitor specifications or compliance with them
  • completing check/ workshop in the business units (incl. coordination, preparation, follow-up and documentation)
  • reviewing implementation and documentation of security measures (incl. coordination, preparation, follow-up and documentation)
  • planning and controlling yearly activities including improvement process
  • training, multiplier for IDP unit in terms of training preparation and follow-up as well as training of the IDP unit on IDP and any new regulatory requirements

Skills and experience you will need
  • advanced English (min. C1)
  • experience in a similar position preferably in international environment
  • experience in reporting and presentation to the management
  • excellent organizational skills
  • excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
  • strong team player and supportive partner to a wide range of stakeholders

Nice to have
  • basic German knowledge
  • basic Business Continuity Management know-how
