Customer Support Specialist
Place of work: Szczecin, Poland
Job Description:
- Develop a deep understanding of our client's platform.
- Offer top-notch product support to customers, collaborating with them to efficiently resolve issues via email, chat, and phone.
- Articulate thoughtful responses to address queries from both technical and non-technical users while supporting a variety of technologies.
- Troubleshoot software problems and handle escalated customer concerns utilizing established procedures.
- Provide assistance and advice on non-technical inquiries (e.g., marketing, sales, or other e-commerce setup questions).
- Effectively communicate with all customers.
- Record troubleshooting and issue resolution procedures.
Who You Are:
- A considerate communicator proficient in conveying messages through diverse channels requiring both written and verbal skills.
- Enthusiastic about offering creative solutions for customers and end users.
- Self-driven, eager to acquire knowledge, and excel in a team-oriented setting.
- Able to adapt swiftly to shifting priorities.
- Proficient in or quick to grasp:
- Microsoft Office Suite, G-Suite, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, Zendesk, and Salesforce.
