Responsibilities:
• Develop a deep understanding of our client's platform.
• Provide top-notch product support to customers, working with them closely to efficiently resolve issues via email, chat, and phone. Communicate effectively to address inquiries from both technical and non-technical users, spanning various technologies. Diagnose software problems and address escalated customer concerns following established procedures.
• Offer assistance and advice on non-technical matters (e.g., marketing, sales, other e-commerce setup questions) while maintaining thoughtful and clear communication with all customers. Document troubleshooting steps and issue resolutions.
Requirements-Expected:
• A skilled communicator proficient in various communication channels, both verbal and written. Passionate about resolving customer problems creatively. Self-driven, eager to learn, and excels in a team environment.
• Quick to adapt to changing priorities. Familiarity with or willingness to learn quickly about software such as Microsoft Office Suite, G-Suite, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, Zendesk, and Salesforce.
