Summary
Andersen, an international IT company, is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join its team for collaborating with a company from the USA.
The customer is a global corporate travel payment solution owned and operated by the world's airlines. The network includes major airlines issuing charge cards accepted by thousands of merchants worldwide for air, rail, cruise, and travel agency payments.
The project involves developing a corporate travel payment network.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders and technical leads to understand legacy applications, business needs, requirements, and objectives related to fintech applications and travel payments.
- Complete a comprehensive analysis of legacy applications to identify areas for improvement, modernization, and optimization.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and user stories for modernizing legacy applications.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members using tools like Jira and Confluence, ensuring accurate, up-to-date, and accessible project documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the fintech industry, with expertise in rewriting legacy applications and gathering requirements from stakeholders and tech leads.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements, with a preference for experience in the travel or payments industry.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, along with experience in fintech-specific technologies and platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with remote and cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple projects and priorities in a remote work environment.
- Upper-Intermediate level of English.
