Join our Team in IT is a recruitment agency, specialized in recruiting Experts within the information technology sector. Currently, we are searching for a Lead Blockchain Developer for one of our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Opportunity for a long-term collaboration with a Polish IT and software house serving a large foreign financial organization.
  • Contribution to a project involving the creation of a platform for trading binary options on cryptocurrencies.
  • Management of an engineering team handling frontend and backend development, translating business and trading requirements to the team, and ensuring timely delivery of the set goals.
  • Focus on providing technical leadership to the project and the team, while also actively coding.
  • Required Skills: Blockchain, Solidity (+ Forge framework), Subgraph, , TypeScript, smart contracts, backend development, DeFi ecosystem, Redis, Jest.
  • Creation of development strategies aimed at enhancing efficiency and security.
  • Establishment and maintenance of security standards across all platform operations, including user-facing apps, backend processes, smart contract codebase, and product database.
  • Collaboration with an internationally dispersed remote team.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 years of software development experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of blockchain project experience.
  • Strong familiarity with technologies such as Solidity, Forge (Solidity framework), Subgraph, , TypeScript.
  • Advanced proficiency in Solidity and the Forge framework.
  • Good command of Subgraph, , TypeScript.
  • Interpersonal skills including communication, leadership, and mentoring capabilities for team management.
  • In-depth understanding of blockchain technology and smart contracts.
  • English proficiency at B2+ or C1 level.
  • Maximum one-month notice period with an immediate availability to start part-time.
