Yolk is a flexible workspace and community in the centre of Krakow that cares about creating a great experience. It's a place where people can do their work, socialise, and come across new ideas. Our members come from all around the world and work on a variety of projects. Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who cares, someone who can be a helpful friend to our members. A person who wants to get to know others and how they can help them professionally and personally. Are you willing to help brainstorm business ideas, lead fun workshops as well as assist in our coffee shop, but also troubleshoot a printer issue? In this role, you would have a lot of independence, support from the team, and maybe best of all the freedom to be yourself.

This position might suit a university graduate or someone who is considering a change in direction. In our workspace you will be exposed to many different professions and careers.

Responsibilities include:

  • Community & Member assistance
  • Greeting members and visitors
  • Onboarding new members
  • Giving tours to potential members
  • Participate in the running of our speciality coffee shop
  • Setting-up and running events
  • Helping with the daily maintenance tasks
  • Capturing everyday life at Yolk for social platforms
