THE OPPORTUNITY

Title: Global Operations Project Manager-12 Month Fixed-Term Contract

Location: Poland-Remote

Job Summary

The Transformation Project Manager plays a vital role in supporting crucial strategic initiatives across Iron Mountain globally. This position focuses on ensuring the scalability and successful global implementation of current and new transformational projects to expedite revenue growth. Responsibilities span various operational aspects, including transportation, field operations, special projects, and other transformative areas as the company expands.

Your Contribution to Our Mission:

  • Manage multiple projects from planning through execution to ensure successful delivery
  • Drive projects towards completion by identifying challenges and collaborating on solutions
  • Align project changes, risks, and dependencies with the overall plan
  • Provide accurate and timely communications and reporting for all projects
  • Participate in governance meetings and reviews as required
  • Oversee project reporting process and outcomes
  • Monitor and report key metrics related to Global Transformational projects
  • Serve as a liaison between various teams within the GlobalOps Transformation team

Valued Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in managing complex projects with Senior stakeholders, ideally up to VP level
  • Proficiency in leading projects at a Senior level and addressing deviations from set goals
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of ownership and accountability to consistently deliver results in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to work independently, learn new processes and skills, particularly in a virtual setting
