At our office in Szczecin, we are looking for an Customer Service Assistant who can support our Team in handling customer service process from order receiving, order confirmation through order delivery & continuously information updates to KK customers, by securing execution of tasks with respect to KK culture.

As a Customer Service Assistant, you will contribute to customer experience journey & have a close dialogue with the Business Units related to customer order fulfilment.

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring daily execution of order fulfilment related tasks and enabling a customer information service according to defined processes
  • Ensuring necessary support in daily cooperation both with internal and external customers
  • Updating ERP system with relevant data accuracy
  • Participating in execution for Logistics indicators
  • Preparing shipment and invoicing documents

Our requirements

  • Educational background in Supply Chain/Logistics/Customer Service
  • Upper-Intermediate English in speaking and writing
  • Good computer skills including MS Office, ERP systems
    Preferably experience from production companies within supply chain area
  • Analytical mindset - able to overview a lot of data and to conclude planning directions from it
  • Creativity in solving problems, positive attitude towards changes
  • Quick lerner
  • Very good communication and interpersonal skills
