*The completion of the proposed separation of Kidney Care from Baxter into a standalone entity named Vantive is subject to meeting customary conditions.

Your Role at Baxter

You will be tasked with managing a designated portfolio of customers, minimizing overdue accounts receivable, enhancing cash collections, and reducing payment disputes. Your specific duties will include:

  • Engaging in daily collection activities based on software prioritization
  • Contacting customers with outstanding accounts for resolution and payment, documenting all interactions
  • Developing a deep understanding of customer profiles and their unique concerns
  • Mastering customer base dynamics and internal company structure to resolve issues effectively
  • Communicating delinquency information to the Accounts Receivable Team Leader and relevant Sales personnel following set procedures
  • Resolving payment-related issues and unidentified payments assigned by the Global Cash Application Team
  • Addressing Accounts Receivable disputes within the prescribed timelines
  • Reviewing dispute documentation and assigning tasks to internal stakeholders for resolution
  • Recording notes in the system and providing necessary information for resolution
  • Collaborating with various departments for issue research and resolution
  • Identifying recurring problems and facilitating root cause analysis with appropriate teams
  • Supporting training initiatives and process enhancements
  • Staying updated on accounts receivable processes and technological advancements
  • Achieving targets related to overdue payments and cash collection

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance
  • 2+ years of experience in Shared Services Center (SSC) or comparable corporate role focusing on data analytics
  • Proficient in accounts receivable and dispute management processes
