We are hiring an Accounts Payable Accountant for our JBS business line.

Sector overview

JLL Business Service (JBS) is a finance and accounting operating center established by JLL to support its EMEA operations. It encompasses various financial processes such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and more.

Role Purpose

The selected candidate will handle the processing of invoices from various European countries efficiently and accurately, in compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.

What this job involves:

  • Process vendor invoices promptly
  • Handle vendor payments
  • Ensure accurate bank reconciliation for outgoing payments
  • Verify and reconcile vendor statements
  • Manage vendor communications
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal clients
  • Assist in AP controlled accounts reconciliation and issue resolution
  • Resolve AP issues within Service Level Agreements
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments daily

  • Be fluent in English and Polish
  • Have French language proficiency at A2/B1 level
  • Possess accounting experience
  • Preferably have experience in a shared service center or large financial organization
  • Understand accounts payable accounting practices
  • Demonstrate analytical skills
  • Have a good grasp of Ms Excel
  • Handle tasks within tight deadlines and multiple priorities
  • Knowledge of PeopleSoft or other ERP software is advantageous
