The Accounts Payable team manages supplier interactions and invoice processing, playing a vital role in the Procurement to Pay department. As a member of our accounting team, you will handle the booking and payment of incoming invoices and/or expense reports for various entities within IDG.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to achieving our goal of timely invoice processing and ensuring prompt payments
  • Process vendor invoices using IDG's system (D365)
  • Handle employee expense reports in IDG's systems (Certify etc)
  • Address vendor and employee inquiries via telephone and email
  • Review expense reports before payment release
  • Prepare bi-weekly payment runs for invoices
  • Understanding of SOX regulations
  • Assist in calculating month-end accruals
  • Interact with various departments within IDG

Qualifications

  • Understanding of accounting principles
  • Experience in invoice processing, month-end closing, and supplier interactions
  • Knowledge of systems integration (e.g., implementing new ERPs)
  • Proficiency in English
  • Preferred experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
