HR Delivery Lead

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive HR Operations globally or in a respective geography. Each day, you will take full accountability for the end-to-end operations and deliver high-quality services against agreed performance targets.

You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring a high degree of customer experience and by being responsible for people management in the given geographical scope.

The work model for the role is: hybrid

This role is contributing to the HR Operational Services in Krakow.

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Driving the execution of global/regional roadmap and deliverables, ensuring prompt and accurate HR Services delivery in respective service lines according to the defined Service Level Agreements and signed-off Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), agreed KPIs, and quality targets.
  • Supporting in financial management including budgeting, forecasting, and cost management, while also being accountable for driving global initiatives like acquisitions, divestments, new policies, etc., in the respective team.
  • Guiding the team to ensure that escalations are handled properly and overseeing the resolution implementation, setting targets, and managing performance for direct reports (5 Team Leads).
  • Planning development of the operations and further refining the operating model, organizational structure, and governance model; leading global projects by offering profound expertise and knowledge and supporting collaboration across different functions, and proactively growing the capability of the team.
Qualifications for the role

  • You are highly skilled in people management, including managing complex processes and teams of 30+ people, preferably within an international environment in HR Management or Shared Services Operations (insourced or outsourced).
  • You have 8+ years of experience in HR Management or Shared Services Operations.
  • Possess an enhanced knowledge of HR transformation programs and the ability to drive global initiatives like acquisitions, divestments, new policies, etc.
  • You are passionate about proactive growth, encouraging open discussion of development needs, and leading by example with ABB's core values.
  • Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources with a clear drive for results and a real 'can do' mentality.
  • You are at ease communicating in English
  • You hold current certifications valid in the job location and any required countryspecific VISA/work permit where required.
