Mission

Grow substantially the market share for Industrial Gases solutions. Start the process alone to point that opportunities do exist and drag all the sales teams into the process by setting the business example.Develop sales in Poland and support the existing sales team for all industrial gases' applications. Define challenging but achievable goals for business and people.Prepare a business plan for the implementation in Poland through close cooperation with the sales team and Business Line Manager Industrial Air.

Main responsibilities

Start with active Atlas Copco clientele. Recognize applications potential through a proper segmentation of our existing customers and define potential market opportunities for Industrial Gases solutions.Share information with all the sales teams in respect to market segmentation and take initiative towards potential business.Cooperate with the sales team and Business Line Manager Industrial Air to build the action plan in the competitive market. Prepare a SWOT analysis for the main competitors; map the customers to prepare targeted proposals that would cover their needs.Understand customer value drivers, visualize return on investment and total cost of ownership to influence customer-buying decision.Set up a network and work yourself into the basic application to push the business. Take advantage of the strong Atlas Copco brand and build up a sustainable relationship with customers, OEMs and key accounts.Optimize the market coverage in Poland by developing tools such as CRM systems to continuously improve our efficiency and territory management.Provide input to the Product Specialists and Managers and push to improve the equipment learning level of all the product lines.Contribute to the development of the local sales teams regarding sales tools and training. Aim to create an environment where your colleagues feel excited, energized, committed and are willing to contribute to the goals set by the organization.

What we expect from You?

University degree – technical /engineering background or similar through experienceAt least 3 years proven sales experience in B2B or B2C industrial gases product lines or applications that do use industrial gases equipment holding a strong record of building the market and bringing value added sales to the organization (Applications Process Engineering roles are also appreciated)Strong business acumen and a proven tracking record of market trends understandingStrong commercial and negotiation skillsConfidence in leading by example and motivating peer sales engineersBeing results driven with a can-do attitudeBeing innovative and creative, driven to get things done, highly proactive and energeticWorking with OEM and key accounts would be an advantageKnowledge of industrial gases products and or solutions /applications using such product linesExcellent knowledge of Polish language and English at a professional level both oral and writtenVery good knowledge of computer MS Office and CRM platformsActive and clean driving licence
