Job Description

Jako CM Specialist będziesz odpowiedzialny/a za:

  • Weryfikowanie kont klientów i stały monitoring należności w celu minimalizacji przeterminowanych faktur.
  • Wyjaśnianie kwestii spornych we współpracy z klientem.
  • Komunikowanie się z działem sprzedaży, działem obsługi klienta w celu rozwiązywania problemów.
  • Umiejętne podejmowanie decyzji w zakresie płatności, zwalnianych zamówień oraz rozwiazywanie kwestii spornych.
  • Przeglądanie, weryfikowanie przeterminowanych rachunków do comiesięcznych raportów.
  • Budowanie i utrzymywanie dobrych relacji z odpowiednimi zespołami w całej organizacji.
  • Utrzymywanie dokładnych informacji w systemie, ich bieżąca aktualizacja zgodnie z polityką firmy.
  • Wsparcie audytu finansowego.
  • Koncentracja na osiąganie celów zespołowych przy równoczesnym równoważeniu wielu wymagań i priorytetów.

Od kandydatów oczekujemy:

  • Wykształcenie wyższe (preferowane kierunki: Finanse, Rachunkowość, Ekonomia lub pokrewne).
  • Doświadczenie zawodowe w dziale Cash Collection, AR lub OtC.
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego w stopniu umożliwiającym swobodną komunikację (B2).
  • Umiejętność negocjacji i rozwiązywania problemów.
  • Rozwinięte umiejętności komunikacyjne.
  • Zdolność do samodzielnej pracy i dotrzymywania terminów.
  • Doświadczenie w środowisku międzynarodowym będzie dodatkowym atutem.
