Technicus is the specialist Salesforce data implementation partner that offers a fully managed process for data migration and data management services across the Salesforce platform.

We are a group of data engineers, data analysts, business analysts, test engineers and project managers driven by the realisation that without a good migration experience, strong data management and a deep understanding of your data, organisations will not truly realise the value of their Salesforce investment.

However, strip away our job titles, we are simply a passionate team of individuals who pride ourselves on quality delivery, making a significant impact on the user and customer experience across the Salesforce platform.

We are looking for Data Governance Lead who are self-starters and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

You'd be working in a passionate team with a big focus put on the amount of ownership over your work. The projects within this team are of various nature, ranging from greenfield data projects, to shaping DataOps for our existing UK-based and global clients.

Your responsibilities
  • Lead the design and implementation of data governance policies, procedures, and standards for external customers.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure data quality, accuracy, and integrity of customers' data.
  • Define and enforce data quality standards and best practices.
  • Establish data governance frameworks and workflows to ensure data resilience and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data governance requirements and priorities.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security requirements by implementing appropriate controls and measures
  • Lead initiatives to improve data management processes and practices.
  • Provide training and support to Data Management team on data governance principles and practices.

Technological stack of the project: Salesforce, Talend, Tableau, Power BI, Azure, Python

Communication language of the project: English

Our requirements
  • Proven experience in data governance, data quality management, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of data governance principles, standards, and regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with data governance tools and technologies is a plus.
