Corporate Financial Controller

Your tasks

  • As a process owner, you are responsible for coordinating the groupwide controlling process (e.g. management reporting, forecasting, planning, and cost accounting)
  • You take on the management of international strategic projects in controlling or accounting including rollouts
  • You develop global commercial standards and are responsible for the further development and implementation of the associated guidelines
  • You will provide business advice and be a contact person for the Management Board, especially for profitability analyses in the context of complex business cases
  • You are responsible for the continuous identification of improvement opportunities in business processes (e.g. through digitalisation)
  • You will provide support with issues related to the group companies
  • You will be involved in the preparation of the annual financial statements and provide support on queries from auditors and tax consultants
What we expect

  • You have a degree in business administration or economics, preferably with a specialization in controlling, or a comparable qualification
  • You have professional experience in an international production company or an auditing company
  • You have indepth knowledge of group consolidation (with a focus on group planning/reporting), investment evaluation and the associated ERP and analysis systems
  • You have experience in managing international projects
  • You have excellent communication and presentation skills and enjoy dealing with challenging situations thanks to your engaging personality and confident attitude
  • You have an analytical mindset, proactive problemsolving skills and are resultoriented
  • You feel comfortable in an international familyowned company and have a very good command of English for daily internal and external communication and documentation
