JUNIOR FINANCIAL CONTROLLER, POZNAN
Role overview:
Reporting & Compliance Team is all about financial controlling & internal controls. The team is committed to secure accuracy, completeness & transparency of financial statements reported for Supply Chain & Commercial entities from Western Europe within established timelines. We are cooperating with various stakeholders taking into account finance & business processes impacting financial data, often deploying an end-to-end perspective.
What you'll be doing:
- supporting in assuring correct transactional data in SAP (check data, identify problems, conduct process improvement to overcome root causes);
- conducting financial reporting to the Group;
- taking part in the financial month-end closing process;
- participating in continuous improvement initiatives, new technology rollouts, and process design activities;
- preparation of management reporting for local management;
- participation in financial planning process;
- providing the team's collective knowledge through preparing and updating process documentation and tracking progress of relevant projects and initiatives.
What we're looking for:
- 2+ years of experience in Finance or Accounting area;
- Someone who has worked in, and enjoys working in a diverse, international environment;
- Someone who has an excellent proficiency in written and spoken English;
- Navigating easily in Office365 environment and has an advanced hands-on knowledge of MS Excel;
- Experience with SAP, BI and HFM (will be an asset);
- Someone who is a person who proactively collaborates and strives for solutions which are win-win-win for the company, for the colleagues and for himself / herself;
- Someone who likes to analyze and cares about the growth of the business and their people and is ready to go 'the extra mile' to deliver and track the results;
- Someone who quickly moves ideas to action, completes plans and projects with quality and speed and, in the process, drives the company's agenda.
