Job Title: Junior Financial Controller with German or French at ADM

Job Description:
Our European Department of Finance and Accounting in Poznan is seeking a dynamic individual to join their team.
Your Responsibilities:
- Participation in the month-closing process
- Preparing financial data for monthly reporting
- Reviewing and ensuring accuracy and completeness of bookkeeping
- Providing partners with weekly/monthly/quarterly reports
- Executing standard processes following established procedures
- Assisting in internal control activities and month-end tasks
- Contributing to improvement projects and identifying process enhancements
- Undertaking research, analysis tasks, and other ad-hoc duties related to business and financial activities
Your Profile:
- 1+ years of experience in controlling or 2+ years in finance accounting/audit
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
- Experience with ERP accounting systems (preferably SAP)
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Fluency in spoken and written English and either French or German (at least B2 level)
- Capability to deliver projects within specified timelines
- Analytical skills to design business processes
- Creating a positive work environment through teamwork and conflict resolution
- Ability to work 3 days per week from the office
