We are looking for our next Junior Financial Controller
Your Responsibilities:
Participation in the month closing process, in cooperation with an Outsourcing Partner,
Preparing financial data for monthly reporting,
Business partnering with stakeholders of the reporting scope,
Acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Strategic Partner in process execution and revision,
Reviewing and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the bookkeeping,
Providing our partners with weekly/monthly/quarterly reports,
Execute standard processes within the team according to the procedures,
Assist in performing internal controls including month-end activities according to the control framework,
Participate in improvement projects and identify areas for improvement within the process,
Undertaking research and analysis tasks and any other ad-hoc duties related to general business and financial activities.
Your Profile:
1+ years of experience in controlling OR 2 + years in finance accounting (General Ledger) OR audit,
Experience in production company preferred,
Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting,
Experience with ERP accounting systems (SAP is nice to have),
Fluent in spoken and written English (C1 level),
Working knowledge of MS Office,
ACCA will be an advantage,
Expected to complete projects within specified deadlines,
Ability to analyze and design business processes,
Create a positive work environment through teamwork & conflict resolution,
Hybrid mode of work - ability to work 3 days per week from the office (ul. Kolorowa 6, Poznań).
