Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:

  • Act as the main point of contact for administrative support following company policies.
  • Handle customer inquiries professionally through various channels like email, phone, and chat.
  • Collaborate with the team for knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
  • Maintain a professional and efficient attitude to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Meet defined SLAs/KPIs, drive operational efficiency, and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Assist in educating the business on accessing HR knowledge and content.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the employee experience and suggest improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in HR, Finance, Administration, IT, or related field.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish (Portuguese or French is a plus).
  • Experience in HR or Shared Service Operations in an international setting.
  • Familiarity with HR tools and systems such as WorkDay and ServiceNow.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and customer-centric mindset.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information and work independently in a remote team.
