About Our Client

Our client is a global manufacturing company that is developing its first global business center in Wroclaw. The role will support a major organisational transformation, managing a change and process efficiency.

Job Description

  • Support senior transition managers in planning and executing project transitions.
  • Assist in coordinating resources and timelines to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary information and requirements.
  • Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of transition processes.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
  • Min. 2 years of previous experience in project management, and participation in transition processes (especially in the SSC sector and finance and accounting processes).
  • Experience in working with ERP systems (SAP as an advantage).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
