Responsibilities:
  • Support the delivery teams across EMEA/APJC to source and on-board contingent labor for customer projects
  • Become a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on the E2E staffing process and Statement of Work creation practice
  • Manage competitive bids and RFQs for new requirements with partners to ensure cost savings and affordability
  • Ensure process, legal, and financial compliance for staffing and purchase orders
  • Act as the intermediary between internal delivery teams and external stakeholders
  • Propose ideas for organizational process improvements to reduce costs, automate processes, or shorten SLA timeframes
  • Order client assets for new hires and assist contingent workers with laptop provisioning and compliance questions
  • Analyze internal processes, data, and problems
  • Produce timely ad-hoc reports for senior leadership using Microsoft Excel and proprietary tools

Requirements-Expected:
1 to 4 years of related business experience and a graduate with a bachelor's or associate's degree in Business, Management, Finance, Math, Accounting, Information Systems, Economics, or a related field from an accredited institution
Native/bilingual proficiency in the English language
Effective time-management skills and the ability to prioritize work assignments
Highly ethical with a strong moral compass
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Able to work diligently to complete tasks remotely
High level of customer focus and service excellence
Strong collaboration skills with internal/external customers and cross-functional teams
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), a positive attitude, and a team player in a global environment

Able to quickly earn credibility and trust with stakeholders
Strong ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts effectively
