How to contribute to our vision

We are looking for a Logistics and Parts Coordinator who will be responsible for consolidating and entering the system all material receipts and material issues to/from warehouses. They must ensure that the facilities in their area of influence maintain the minimum necessary levels of stock with the final objective that it is composed exclusively of the List of Recommended Spare Parts (RSPL). Responsible for analyzing the consumption of materials during fault resolution and proposing improvements to reduce them. Main regular reports: Stock tracking and deviation reports

Coordinating with the Service Operations Manager who will confirm physical receipt of the material and ensure this is registered by Lead Technician.

Some of your key tasks will include but not be limited to:

In this role the work location will be the Warehouse in Gdansk Support in optimizing the stock in their area of influence. Responsible for placing orders to the Central Warehouse or suppliers as well as tracking them until receipt of the materials at destination is confirmed. Coordinate with the Service Operations Manager who will confirm physical receipt of the material. Responsible for claiming materials pending receipt. Responsible for keeping all wind farm warehouses up to date when materials are being moved between warehouses. They must analyze, together with the Service Operations Manager, all deviations in the cyclic inventories of materials between what is contained in the system and the actual levels. Managing faulty materials, ensuring their swift return to the source warehouse, control of "child fault" attribution. Management of shipments of material and equipment to wind farm warehouses or maintenance teams, coordinating with the Service Operations Manager who will be responsible for preparing the shipments physically. Management, search, and support in the material repair process at the facilities Material management: Ordering and management of materials for scheduled and unscheduled service in SAP for yearly service. SAP Ordering: Create Purchase Orders in SAP and contributes to check status of SAP. Purchase Orders - Track SAP Orders and shipment. Support/contribute: Inventory Control - Track and control incoming goods, outgoing goods in stock, as well as follow up on missing spare parts. Create Return PO in SAP. Proper storage, distribution and arrangement of materials received in the warehouse. Receiving and checking deliveries according to the documentation Issuing assortments on the basis of correct, verified outgoing documents (type. WZ, MM, Invoice). Taking care of entrusted equipment, devices, forklifts, pallet trucks, transporters. Operation of battery charging stations, dedicated equipment, forklifts, pallet trucks, transport trucks. Optimal and efficient use of warehouse space. Optimization of shipping costs through rational and thoughtful reduction of the number of pallets to be shipped. Proper protection of shipments for transport (pallets, parcels). Compliance control of warehouse documentation.

You are graduated from a high school or preferably you have a degree on Vocational Studies You have minimum 1 year experience working in a warehouse. As a person you are outgoing and proactive, have an analytical mindset, and you possess strong organizational, coordination and communication skills. Besides, you are a dedicated team player capable of creating and keeping an overview of complex tasks. You are fluent in English both orally and in writing, and you possess skills in Microsoft Office and knowledge of SAP. You have a Driver's License category B You have a valid Forklift License You are open to travel.
