Head of Creations

Czym będziesz się zajmować:

- Kierowanie kilkuosobowym zespołem grafików, motywowanie i rozwijanie ich kreatywnych talentów,
- Opracowywanie koncepcji projektowych zgodnie z briefem od klienta,
- Współpraca z podwykonawcami oraz zarządzanie projektami zewnętrznymi i wewnętrznymi,
- Interdyscyplinarna współpraca z różnymi działami agencji,
- Odpowiedzialność za budżet zespołu i efektywność finansową projektów,
- Angażowanie się w projekty new business, wspierając rozwój agencji.

Czego oczekujemy:

- Minimum 5-letnie doświadczenie na podobnym stanowisku w agencji marketingowej,
- Kreatywność, znajomość aktualnych trendów i doskonała znajomość pakietu Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign),
- Dobra znajomość j. angielskiego w komunikacji z klientami,
- Doświadczenie w zarządzaniu zespołem,
- Podstawowa znajomość PremierePro i AfterEffects mile widziana,
- Zaangażowanie i umiejętność efektywnej pracy pod presją czasu,
- Solidna znajomość zasad projektowania i typografii,
- Wyjątkowe umiejętności zarządzania czasem i priorytetyzacji zadań,
- Znajomość środowiska graficznego klientów, w tym przestrzeganie brand book'ów,
- Kreatywne podejście do pracy, odwaga i inicjatywa w działaniu.
