Goodspeed Digital to zgrany, ponad 30-osobowy zespół budujący najbardziej zaawansowane na rynku oprogramowanie CRM dla cateringów dietetycznych, a także inne produkty digitalowe. Z naszych narzędzi korzystają największe firmy cateringowe w Polsce, a kolejka chętnych na wdrożenie ciągle się wydłuża. Na horyzoncie mamy też ekspansję zagraniczną. Należymy do grupy Goodspeed, lidera wśród dostawców cateringów dietetycznych w Polsce.

W naszym zespole poszukujemy wykwalifikowanego architekta systemów, który obejmie stanowisko lidera technologicznego. Osoba ta będzie miała na celu kształtowanie oraz nadzór architektury naszych aplikacji, w tym systemów do zarządzania cateringiem dietetycznym. Będziesz również odpowiadać za zarządzanie infrastrukturą IT, obecnie opartą na serwerach dedykowanych oraz nadzorować przejście do rozwiązań chmurowych AWS.

Twoje zadania:

  • Projektowanie i realizacja strategii technologicznej wspierającej cele biznesowe.
  • Nadzór nad architekturą systemów informatycznych, zarówno aplikacji mobilnych, jak i webowych.
  • Współpraca z zespołem DevOps, deweloperami i testerami w celu rozwijania obecnych produktów i kreowania nowych rozwiązań.
  • Zapewnianie wysokiej jakości i bezpieczeństwa opracowywanych systemów.
  • Motywowanie i wspieranie rozwoju członków zespołu.
  • Monitoring działania infrastruktury oraz kontrola wskaźników kluczowych dla wydajności.
  • Wprowadzanie nowych technologii i doskonalenie obecnych w celu zwiększenia efektywności.
  • Koordynacja i nadzór nad projektami technologicznymi od ich inicjacji po zakończenie.

Wymagania:

  • Minimum 5 lat doświadczenia w pracy z zespołami IT, w tym przynajmniej 2 lata w roli odpowiedzialnej za architekturę systemów.
  • Biegła znajomość technologii webowych i mobilnych, a także bieżących trendów w obszarze budowy oprogramowania.
  • Doświadczenie w prowadzeniu projektów w metodologiach Agile i Scrum.
  • Umiejętności komunikacyjne, zdolność perswazji oraz umiejętność budowania autorytetu.
  • Samodzielność, kreatywność i podejmowanie inicjatyw.
  • Strategiczne myślenie i zdolności lidera.
  • Praktyczna znajomość zarządzania serwerami dedykowanymi, wirtualizacją za pomocą Proxmox oraz konteneryzacją z użyciem Docker i Docker-Compose.
  • Znajomość usług rozwiązań chmurowych AWS, w tym usług takich jak: Elastic Load Balancing (ALB), Virtual Private Cloud (VPC), Elastic Container Service (ECS), Fargate, Relational Database Service (RDS), oraz Terraform.

Mile widziane:

  • Doświadczenie w dynamicznie rozwijających się przedsiębiorstwach.
  • Znajomość metodyki Agile/Scrum.
  • Doświadczenie w branży e-commerce.
  • Udział w projektach migracji architektury dedykowanej na chmurową
