Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. This internship provides a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of Human Resources (HR), including HR Business Partnering & HR Operations as well as employees' engagement & development. The successful candidate will work closely with our HR professionals and contribute to the overall success of our HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Business Partnering:

Support HR Business Partners on employee related matters

HR Operations:

Collaborate with the HR team on payroll and benefits-related tasksAssist in preparing employment-related documents

Engagement & Development:

Contribute to the organization of internal training programsWork on onboarding and employee communication

Requirements:

University Student interested in the area of Human ResourcesStrong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a teamGood organizational and time management skillsEagerness to gain practical experience in the HR field
