Job Description

As a compulsory HR intern, you will passionately contribute to ensuring professional HR work. In doing so, you will act in a diverse range of tasks and support all our teams in the HR area.

YOUR ACTIVITIES

  • Administrative support of the operational HR teams
  • Processing incoming correspondence from employees and other stakeholders
  • Administration of the personnel filing system (digital as well as manual) & master data maintenance
  • Office activities support (courier shipments, event organisation)
  • Participation in other projects or partial takeover of own projects possible

Based on your interests, you will also have the opportunity to actively shape your areas of responsibility.

Qualifications

YOUR PROFILE

  • Studies in social sciences, psychology or comparable studies with a focus on human resource management
  • Initial experience in the HR environment is an advantage
  • Strong affinity for cosmetics & lifestyle
  • Good communication skills in Polish and English
  • Very good MS Office user skills (especially PowerPoint and Excel, Canva)
  • Preferred duration: 5-6 months as a compulsory internship as part of your studies. Please be sure to state in your application the period for which you are applying and how long you can be available.
