Finance Automation Specialist

Technologies-expected : Ui Path Automation Anywhere RPA technologies-optional : Oracle MOM Fusion ERP Microsoft Dynamics responsibilities : Evaluating and analyzing business processes to determine their suitability for automation using RPA and to identify automation opportunities; Assessing the feasibility and complexity of processes to identify automation opportunities; Hands-on design, development, testing, and support of RPA solutions; Identifying and communicating technical infrastructure requirements necessary for successful automation implementation; Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation related to the automated solutions and processes; Communicating project risks, issues, and change inputs effectively to relevant stakeholders; Working closely with IT and business units to ensure seamless integration of new automated solutions with existing systems and processes; Providing ongoing support and maintenance for deployed automation processes to ensure continuous efficiency; Participating in training and skill development programs to enhance automation development knowledge and expertise.
requirements-expected : Minimum 1 year of relevant experience; University degree in IT development related discipline; Solid experience in RPA technologies, tools, and frameworks; Strong process-minded thinking and analytical skills, Strong problem-solving skills (ability to logically break down a problem into smaller manageable parts to solve); Experience in working with virtual and dispersed teams; Experience with software development, programming, specifically with RPA tools; Basic understanding of RPA concepts and tools (e.g., Ui Path, Automation Anywhere); Basic understanding of Agile Project Management Frameworks (Scrum / DSDM / Xp); Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Good communication and teamwork abilities; Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies; Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment ; Fluency in English.
