Job Title: Windows Support Engineer
Language Requirements: English + Italian/ German/ Spanish/ Portuguese (Essential)
Work Location: Krakow, Poland (Onsite, 24/7 shift model)
Responsibilities:
- Minimum of 1+ years of hands-on experience in Windows Administration, Networking, Performance Tuning, Patch Management, and Windows Upgrades in a live environment, including client-facing or customer support roles.
- Management and design of Distributed File System (DFS)
- Administration of Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) infrastructure
- Integration of directories with Microsoft Azure using Azure A.D. Connect
- Managing multi-forest environments within Active Directory, handling one-way and two-way trust relationships and ADFS
- Restructuring of Active Directory and object migration
- Designing, managing, and troubleshooting Group Policies
- Configuring Active Directory replication topologies, including Sites, Sitelinks, and Bridgehead Servers
- Management of DNS Servers, including zone migration, design, and setup
- Administration of DHCP Servers and IP address assignments
- Handling AD replication, Site-Link Sites & Services, Account lockouts,
- DFS Management, Group Policy, Windows Time
- Knowledge of Kerberos and GPO
