Opis stanowiska pracy
Dla naszego Klienta poszukujemy doświadczonych kandydatów na nowotworzone stanowisko Pricing Managera, który będzie odpowiedzialny za opracowywanie i wdrażanie strategii cenowych produktów/usług oraz optymalizację przychodów. Osoba na tym stanowisku ma za zadanie skutecznie zarządzać procesami związanymi z cenami oraz wpływać na wzrost rentowności poszczególnych grup produktowych.
Pricing ManagerMiejsce pracy: KrakówZakres obowiązków:
- Opracowywanie strategii cenowych produktów/usług, uwzględniających analizę konkurencji, trendów rynkowych oraz potrzeb klientów.
- Monitorowanie i analiza danych dotyczących cen, w tym cen konkurencji, cen w branży i trendów rynkowych.
- Prowadzenie analiz rentowności produktów/usług oraz rekomendacja działań mających na celu zwiększenie przychodów.
- Wdrażanie elastycznych strategii cenowych, promocji i rabatów w celu zwiększenia konkurencyjności i dochodowości.
- Współpraca z zespołami sprzedaży, marketingu i działu finansowego w celu opracowania kompleksowych strategii cenowych.
- Monitorowanie wyników cenowych i wprowadzanie dostosowań w celu optymalizacji przychodów i zysków.
- Rozwój narzędzi wspierających proces zarządzania cenami oraz optymalizacji przychodów.
- Wprowadzanie innowacyjnego podejścia do zarządzania cenami i strategii wzrostu przychodów, wzmacnianie świadomości dotyczącej rentowności i efektywności cenowej w obszarach komercyjnych.
- Zarządzanie i rozwój podległego zespołu Specjalistów.
Wymagania:
- Wykształcenie wyższe, preferowane kierunki związane z finansami, ekonomią, zarządzaniem lub marketingiem.
- Minimum 3-5 lat doświadczenia na samodzielnym stanowisku związanym z zarządzaniem ceną i/lub przychodami, preferowane w branży handlowej lub konsumenckiej.
- Doskonała znajomość procesów związanych z zarządzaniem cenami, strategią cenową oraz optymalizacją przychodów.
- Umiejętność analitycznego myślenia oraz interpretacji danych rynkowych i finansowych.
- Doskonałe umiejętności komunikacyjne i negocjacyjne, zdolność pracy w zespole.
- Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie co najmniej B2.
