Senior Finance Controller

- Managing financial processes for the logistics function with a high degree of complexity/materiality, while ensuring alignment to inbound, outbound, and warehouse
- Representing Gdansk Team in local LT-forum and being the main point of contact for the local finance and operation teams
- Presenting month-end net results to stakeholders
- Coordinating and ensuring that significant variances and identified issues are investigated and resolved centrally
- Being Single Point of Contact for a specific global area/process driving global initiatives to optimize as well as challenge compliance towards stakeholders
The ideal candidate for this position should possess a goal-oriented, proactive, and decisive mindset. Strong financial background, stakeholder management skills, and experience in collaboration with cross-functional teams are essential.
As the department is based in Gdansk, Poland, and these positions require face-to-face interactions with local stakeholders, you will have to expect some travel to your dedicated operational locations.
