Your impact:
  • You will leverage your industry-specific and technological expertise to contribute to internal IT projects and provide insights on digitalizing business operations.
  • You will oversee the planning and implementation of IT projects, encompassing requirement analysis and concept formulation.
  • You will spearhead the progression of the IT systems assigned to the project, including their interoperability with other systems.
  • You will coordinate internal and external project resources, oversee project status, and prepare management reports.
  • You will approach problem-solving pragmatically in adherence to regulations and internal guidelines.
  • You will serve as a point of contact for colleagues, engaging in the exchange of technical knowledge within the team and collaborating with other departments.

Your credentials:
  • Educational background in IT (e.g., IT specialist) or equivalent qualification.
  • Around five years of experience in planning, managing, and executing traditional and agile IT projects, including integrating and supervising external service providers.
  • Fluency in English and adeptness in an intermediary role; exceptional communication skills and confidence in presenting complex issues to diverse audiences.
  • In-depth knowledge of technical subjects, particularly Microsoft platforms and web technologies.
  • Proficiency in understanding intricate process flows within a global context, translating them into practical implementations.
  • Self-reliant and systematic work approach, with strong analytical aptitude, flexibility, and organizational capabilities.
  • Passionate, well-structured, and enthusiastic about cross-functional collaboration, with a willingness to travel occasionally.
