Dla jednego z kluczowych klientów szukamy doświadczonego i entuzjastycznego Analityka Biznesowego, który lubi współpracować z klientami, partnerami i ekspertami. Twoim zadaniem będzie zrozumienie potrzeb klientów i opracowanie precyzyjnych wymagań biznesowych. Będziesz aktywnie uczestniczyć w tworzeniu analiz biznesowych i rozwiązywać problemy.

Warunki zaangażowania:

Obszar: supply chain / FMCG (Klient z Finlandii)

Lokalizacja: Żyrardów k. Warszawy (wymagana obecność stacjonarna na początku projektu i podczas warsztatów - zwracamy pełne koszty dojazdów, hoteli, wyżywienia), po 2-3 msc praca już w 100% zdalnie

Zaangażowanie: B2B (outsourcing z 1dea), full-time (part-time też możliwe - do ustalenia), długofalowo

Proces rekrutacyjny (100% zdalnie):

  • Krótka rozmowa telefoniczna informacyjno-zapoznawcza z rekruterem 1dea (~10 min)
  • Weryfikacja techniczno-projektowa z Klientem (~1 - 1, 5 h)
  • (Jeśli OK) Rozmowa zapoznawcza z Managerem Projektu u Klienta (~ 30 min)
  • Decyzja o podjęciu współpracy
Zakres obowiązków
  • Współudział w projektowaniu systemu WMS dostosowanego do potrzeb polskiego klienta
  • Gromadzenie, zarządzanie i tłumaczenie wymagań biznesowych z języka polskiego na angielski dla zespołu naszego fińskiego Klienta
  • Prowadzenie warsztatów z zespołem klienta w Polsce (przewidywana częstotliwość: 1-2 razy w tygodniu w fazie projektowania).
  • Tłumaczenie dokumentów i wsparcie językowe podczas spotkań.
  • Pełnienie roli łącznika pomiędzy zespołem klienta w Polsce a zespołem w Finlandii
Wymagania
  • Minimum 4 lata komercyjnego doświadczenia na stanowisku Analityka Biznesowego
  • Doświadczenie w analizie biznesowej lub projektowaniu produktu, najlepiej w obszarze WMS (Warehouse Management Systems)
  • Zdolności komunikacyjne i interpersonalne
  • Umiejętność prowadzenia warsztatów i zarządzania wymaganiami projektowymi
  • Znajomości standardowych produktów WMS i procesów ich dostosowywania (wysoko pożądane)
  • Mile widziany język fiński na poziomie B1+
  • Przejrzysty model długoterminowej współpracy: Zatrudnienie na podstawie umowy B2B na czas nieokreślony
  • Stabilne i bezpieczne środowisko pracy: Dołączysz do firmy z solidną pozycją na rynku
