Business Lead (Fixed term contract till the end of 2025)

A single Point of Contact for all processes and new ways of working, Business Lead engaging inProcesses Workshops:Global + CountrySpecifics andWorkday changeAssessmentworkshops. They are responsible for related deliverables (I.e., Country Specific Processes, Service Catalogue appendix, Ways of Working), as well as support in business requirements relatedtest cases, knowledge transfer and trainings while closely cooperating with local HR and Payroll teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead business element of assigned project (process maps, new ways of working, operational documentation, activity analysis and organizational design, business change impact assessment, benefits tracker)
  • In close cooperation with Payroll Global Process Owner SME, lead Processes Workshops delivering Global + CountrySpecifics processes and Country Specific Service Menu percountry
  • Participate in Business Requirements gathering workshopstoidentify areas for Business AcceptanceTesting
  • Cooperate closely with Technical Lead in order to adjust/create test cases for business requirements (in small projects); coordinate and provide input in test casecreation
  • Work with Change, Communication, Knowledge and Training SME ensuring go-live readiness of receivingorganizationwith special attention to verifying knowledge of future payroll team, Standard Operating Proceduresare clear and finalized, understood by receivingorganization, all ways of working are understood andfollowed.
  • In close coordination withChange, Communication, Knowledge and Training SMEsupport work shadowingand trainings for endusers
  • Provide active support ofreceiving team during go-live andhyper carephase
Why You?Basic Qualifications:
  • Experience in HR Transformation Projects (preferably including Payroll and/or Payroll Technology changes)
  • Expert in communications, including in-person and virtual meeting facilitation
  • MS Office proficiency – MS Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint, Project in particular
  • Ability to influence cross geography teams and achieve cross divisional alignment
  • Ability to work autonomously and be comfortable with ambiguity
  • Ability to effectively work in a highly matrixed organization, handling competing priorities and connecting the dots across
  • Hands on and can-do attitude
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of SAP/ Teta/ Workday payroll module – nice to have
