Job Title: Early Talent Advisor at Warner Bros. Discovery

Your New Role...

The Early Talent Advisor plays a key role in ensuring the seamless delivery of Early Talent programs at Warner Bros. Discovery. This position focuses on driving strategies to attract and nurture a diverse future workforce.

Your Role Accountabilities...

  • Recruit for Early Talent programs in EMEA, with a focus on Poland.
  • Assist in developing and executing the Early Talent strategy for Poland.
  • Screen and assess candidate applications for entry-level roles and internships.
  • Coordinate assessment centers and interviews for potential recruits.
  • Represent Warner Bros. Discovery at career fairs and events to promote Early Talent schemes.
  • Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions.
  • Implement learning and engagement programs to support interns, apprentices, and trainees.
  • Manage general administration tasks to ensure the success of initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience...

  • Fluency in English.
  • Prior recruitment experience, preferably in Early Talent/Campus Recruitment.
  • Organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Proactive and able to take initiative.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
