At Delante, we prioritize thought leadership and inbound marketing. Our expert marketing team executes various campaigns to generate inbound sales leads across multiple platforms. Once a potential client is identified and confirmed as qualified, the Sales Team takes over. The process includes:
Initial video call with the clientCollaboration on proposal preparation with delivery teamsConducting sales pitchSorting out detailsFinalizing the contractHanding over the client to the delivery teamAbout Your Role
As a Sales Specialist, your primary responsibility is to close inbound sales leads, following the outlined process. Your daily tasks involve:
Conducting introductory video callsBuilding strong relationships with potential clients, including CEOs and Marketing DirectorsPresenting sales pitchesDeveloping proposals and initial SEO analysesResponding to client inquiries promptlyCoordinating contract termsAbout Our RequirementsMinimum 3 years experience in international B2B salesProven ability to establish positive relationshipsProficiency in both written and spoken EnglishPositive outlook and approachWhile SEO or SEM knowledge is a bonus, it is not mandatory as we provide comprehensive trainingAbout The MoneyCompetitive base salary of 9000 PLN net B2BRecurring commission structure; expect around 4k PLN monthly after 6 months, 10k PLN monthly after 1 year, approximately 15k PLN monthly after 2 years of strong performanceUp to 5k PLN monthly bonus based on achieving sales targetsEvery part counts.
