Obowiązki

  • Poszerzanie portfolio szkoleń wewnętrznych i zadbanie o rozwój strategii rozwoju i szkoleń zgodnej z potrzebami organizacyjnymi i trendami rynkowymi
  • Analiza potrzeb, planowanie i realizacja szkoleń oraz rozwoju pracowników we współpracy z HR Business Partnerami
  • Prowadzenie szkoleń z zakresu umiejętności miękkich
  • Wsparcie menedżerów oraz liderów zespołów biznesowych w rozwijaniu ich umiejętności zarządzania zespołem;
  • Identyfikowanie oraz ocenianie obecnych i przyszłych potrzeb szkoleniowych poprzez analizę stanowisk, ścieżek kariery, wyników pracy i indywidualnych talentów pracowników przy współpracy z liderami zespołów;
  • Raportowanie działań szkoleniowych i rozwojowych
  • Udział w budowaniu kultury organizacyjnej otwartej na informacje zwrotne i coaching

Wymagania

  • Wiedza specjalistyczna w zakresie uczenia się i rozwoju oraz planowania rozwoju
  • 2-3 lata doświadczenia w obszarze Szkoleń i Rozwoju, w tym w analizie potrzeb szkoleniowych oraz opracowywaniu i wdrażaniu strategii rozwoju pracowników;
  • Umiejętności szkoleniowe i prezentacyjne (certyfikat trenera biznesu będzie dodatkowym atutem)
  • Znajomość aktualnych trendów w obszarze szkoleń i rozwoju oraz proaktywność w proponowaniu nowych rozwiązań
  • Umiejętność przygotowywania i prowadzenia szkoleń
  • Pasja do wspierania innych w rozwoju zawodowym i chęć dalszego doskonalenia swojej wiedzy i umiejętności w zakresie szkoleń
  • Wysoko rozwinięte umiejętności komunikacyjne
  • Umiejętność budowania relacji biznesowych na różnych szczeblach organizacji oraz pracy w zespole
  • Umiejętność skutecznego zarządzania projektami i priorytetami w dynamicznym środowisku biznesowym
